Levi's Vintage Clothing 1955 501XX Selvedge Denim Rigid

In 1950s America, nobody was cooler than bikers. And bikers had a tried-and-true uniform: leather jacket, white t-shirt, a crumpled pack of cigs, and Levi's 501 jeans.

This pair from LVC faithfully reproduces the 501 from 1955. Two rear pockets with hidden rivets, branded button fly, and belt loops. The 1955 model also introduced the "anti-fit," a loose and boxy fit that worked for motorcyclists and normies alike.

Made using 14 oz. midweight organic cotton selvedge denim. This textile is in rigid, loomstate condition, meaning it will shrink roughly two inches in the waist and two inches in length when washed. Shrink-to-fit, in other words! Measurements are "pre-wash."
